Capture Rate

Doing Business the Flight Way

25% -- 65% Of your daily general attendance will be

captured by your Bird Blvd exhibit.

If your Bird Blvd exhibit is located near the main (Entrance/Exit) of your facility, the capture rate percentage will be a much higher number. The further you build your enclosure away from the main entrance/exit the smaller your capture rate percentage will be.

(LESS EXPOSURE = LESS CAPTURE RATE %)

PRICING - Upcharge: $5.00 per person (price is

location dependent) (children under the age of 2 are free to enter with a paying adult) For the upcharge your guest will receive admission for 1 person to enter the Bird Blvd Exhibit as well as 1 bird feeding seed stick. Once the guest has entered the exhibit, they will have there chance to meet greet and feed

the birds and have amazing photo opportunities. Inside the guests will also be able to purchase additional feeding

sticks for $5.00 each or 5 sticks for $20.00 from the bird feeding supervisor located inside the avairy. Additional revenues from non general admission customers such as school groups or other special event/VIP guests will have there admission price group discount decided on a case by case basis.

Depending on the size of your events attendance we will build a custom Bird Blvd Avairy in a size that is nessary to accommodate your guests. The structure of the exhibit will be made of a thick steel frame with a clear span metal roof. Our structures are custom designed after a careful in-person evaluation of your location is performed. Once we have assessed

Your event location and created your aviary design.

We will then construct your new exhibit, as well as make sure it meets all the criteria nessary to insure that your new avian attraction will brand a safe and fun educational impression on your guests that will keep them returning year after year. This exhibit will also be covered with high definition educational graphics. (provided by you) Once constructed, your new walk-through exhibit will rove over and over to be the best choice for your orginazions success during promotion. The structure will also meet and
